RETURN POLICY: ALL RINGS and ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT (any product that was ordered with custom engraving) are FINAL SALES. These products are custom made for you as you requested. Sterling Silver and Gold Rings can be resized if necessary for a $35.00 flat fee plus shipping. Returns for a full refund are welcome within 30 days from the shipment date, on any of our stock standard items (these are items that are not customized).
